VUITY™ is the first and only FDA-approved eye drop to treat presbyopia in adults. As we age, the lenses in our eyes become harder and less flexible, making it more difficult to see up close. Most people are in their 40s when they first start noticing difficulty with reading smaller print.

VUITY™ is administered as a once-daily eye drop in each eye and primarily works by reducing your pupil size in 15 minutes or less to help you see up close while maintaining your distance vision. The effect is temporary (approximately 6 hours), but can help reduce dependence on reading glasses, or “cheaters”, during that time.

VUITY™ is not appropriate or effective for all patients with presbyopia.  An evaluation and conversation with your eye doctor is the best way to determine if VUITY™ prescription eye drops are right for you.
